We pride ourselves on being able to give our clients the best service we can and being at the forefront of veterinary technology.

We have just upgraded our x-ray processing to digital imaging. This step forward means that we have superior images giving a clearer view of the patient, can decrease the developing time of x-rays by over half, saving valuable time when diagnosing illnesses and we can now email the images directly to a specialist referral vet if required.

At the end of July one of our clients managed to trap and collect a young female cat which she brought in to us. We immediately gave her a full health check and spayed her. We noted that she must have had kittens quite recently and informed our client who undertook a 4 week vigil to safely trap and collect all 4 kittens. As each kitten was caught it was given a full health check and reunited with it’s mother who was delighted to see each kitten again. All the kittens were neutered and microchipped and ready to find new homes. It took us over a month but we eventually found homes for all 5 of them.

During all of this we also had an unclaimed road traffic accident cat looking for a home , she has now been homed, but it took a lot of work to find just the right home as she was very timid.

We would like to say a BIG thankyou to our client who spent many a cold morning looking for cats and kittens and to everyone who took our stray cats into there homes and gave them the chance they needed!
